Dato' Hj. Mohd. Kamin Bin Bidin

Haji Mohd. Kamin has been in the field of Civil Construction & Interior Decoration for more than 35 years. He started working with the Government Employee Housing Developer for four years. Under the sponsorship of Bumiputera Construction Contractors, he attended courses in Project Manager and related financial field.
Based on the knowledge, experience and skill obtained, in 1980 he formed a company, Syarikat Pembinaan Amin, specializing in interior furnishing and Building construction. Under his management and leadership, the company continues to grow and expend and now is undertaking several works for several Government Departments and other established Corporations. In 1992 he formed SPA where he is a major shareholder.
Dato' Ir. Fauzi bin Omar
Managing Director
Ir. Fauzi Bin Omar holds a Master in Business Administration from Universiti Putra Malaysia and Degree in Civil Engineering from University of Wales, Cardiff United Kingdom. He started his practical training with PETRONAS Hartabina in civil and building works. Since 1992, he has been involved in planning and supervising civil works and other internal upgrading jobs. His other experience includes the upgrading work of Kerteh Airport,Terengganu and supervising Shah Alam Expressway Project, Package A.
As a Managing Director in SPA, he is responsible for the Project Planning, Costing, Project Implementation and Safety Control. He has involved in Project Management team for most of the Petronas Project. He is responsible for the overall development and operations of SPA.
Dato' Wan Rosmadi bin Wan Ismail
Project Director
Wan Rosmadi is a Degree in Business Administration (Finance) Universiti Putra Malaysia & Diploma holder in Applied Science (Microbiology) from Mara Institute of Technology (ITM). Initially he joined Johnson & Johnson (M) Sdn. Bhd. as a Microbiology Assistance, which ensures the quality of the product for one and half year because of high interest in business, he finally resigned from Johnson & Johnson and joined SPA in 1996. He is the one who responsible for the successful of the Civil & Interior Decoration Works for Petronas and all subsidiaries in Malaysia. As a Project Director in SPA, he is responsible for Site Operations and Site Implementation.
