Supervise and monitor M&E works at site to ensure compliance with drawings & specifications Coordinate with consultants, main contractor & subcontractors on M&E matters Review M&E shop drawings, method statements & technical submissions Monitor site progress, quality of work & ensure project timeline is met Conduct site inspections and troubleshoot technical issues Ensure all works comply with safety standards and local authority requirements Assist in testing & commissioning of M&E systems Prepare site reports, progress updates & documentation

Responsibilities

  • Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • 3 - 5 years working experience in construction industry (M&E works)
  • Experience in HVAC, electrical, plumbing or fire protection systems
  • Familiar with M&E drawings, specifications & site coordination
  • Knowledge in AutoCAD / MS Office
  • Able to work independently & meet project deadlines
  • Good communication & coordination skills

Salary RM3,000 - RM4,000 (Based on experience)

  • Knowledge in AutoCAD / STAAD / ETABS or related software
  • Able to work independently & meet project deadlines
  • Good communication & coordination skills

Salary RM3,000 - RM4,000 (Based on experience)
